Re-enter the username, password and server URL with no space before or after, and keep upper and lower case exactly as sent. The safest way is to copy and paste them from the message you received.

To set up Mediaspelare, open an IPTV player such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or XCIPTV and enter your login details as Xtream Codes, M3U URL or MAG portal. Here is each method, step by step, and what to do if the picture buffers.

Mediaspelare: what you need to set up IPTV
Four things, then a few steps in your player.
- A compatible device: Smart TV, Fire TV Stick, Android (boxes, TVs, phones and tablets), iPhone and iPad (iOS) and MAG boxes.
- An IPTV player app installed, such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or XCIPTV.
- A stable internet connection of at least 16 Mbps.
- Your Mediaspelare login details, sent by WhatsApp or email after payment.
How does IPTV work?
IPTV delivers television over your internet connection, with no satellite dish or cable box. The ITU, the United Nations agency for telecommunications, puts it this way: “IPTV is defined as multimedia services such as television/video/audio/text/graphics/data delivered over IP-based networks”.

Mediaspelare provides access to the channels and the on-demand library; your IPTV player displays them. No player provides content on its own: it needs your Mediaspelare login details.

Mediaspelare: what your login details include
After payment, you receive by WhatsApp or email everything you need for each login method. You'll only use one, depending on your player or box.
- Xtream Codes
- The server address (Xtream URL), your username and your password.
- M3U URL
- A single link that holds your whole channel list.
- EPG URL
- The address of the TV guide, if your app asks for it separately.
- MAG portal
- The portal address for MAG boxes.

Method 1 · the most common
Mediaspelare with Xtream Codes: step by step
An Xtream Codes login loads live TV, on-demand movies and series and, in most players, the TV guide in one go. It's the method to try first in IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or XCIPTV.
- Open your IPTV player and choose to add a user, a profile or a playlist.
- Select the “Xtream Codes” login (depending on the app, it may be called “Xtream Codes API” or just “Xtream”).
- Give the profile any name you like, for example “Mediaspelare”.
- Enter your username, your password and the server URL exactly as you received them, with no space before or after.
- Confirm: the player loads the channel list, the VOD library and the guide. The first load can take a moment.
Method 2
Mediaspelare with an M3U URL and the EPG URL
The M3U URL is a single link that holds your whole channel list. Use it if your player doesn't offer an Xtream Codes login, or if it asks for a playlist by URL.
- In your player, choose to add a playlist by URL (sometimes labeled “M3U URL”).
- Paste the full M3U link: a link that's cut off or retyped by hand is the most common reason it fails.
- If the player asks for the TV guide separately, also paste the EPG URL you received with your login details.
- Save, then refresh the playlist and the guide if channels or listings don't show up right away.
Method 3 · MAG boxes
Mediaspelare on a MAG box
MAG boxes don't use an app: they connect to a portal. Tell the team you're using a MAG box when you order, and they'll tell you what's needed to activate it.
- Open the box's settings, then the portal settings.
- Enter the MAG portal address you received with your login details.
- Save and restart the box: it connects to the portal and loads the channels.

The IPTV player apps Mediaspelare names. They are third-party apps: Mediaspelare doesn't own or control them. Their availability and price depend on their developer and on your device.

Mediaspelare on Smart TV, Android and iPhone: the right connection
Mediaspelare works on Smart TV, Fire TV Stick, Android (boxes, TVs, phones and tablets), iPhone and iPad (iOS) and MAG boxes. Picture quality depends mostly on your internet connection.
At least 16 Mbps
That's the speed you need for a comfortable picture. Test it on the device you watch on, not just on your phone.
A stable connection
Stability matters as much as speed. On a TV or a box, an Ethernet cable is usually more stable than Wi-Fi.
HD, Full HD or 4K
4K is available on selected channels and titles when your device and connection support it. If the picture buffers, a lower quality plays more smoothly.
Troubleshooting

The picture freezes or buffers
Test your speed (at least 16 Mbps), plug the TV or box into Ethernet if you can, restart the player and your router, then lower the quality from 4K to Full HD or HD. If it keeps happening, message us: buffering support is part of the subscription.
No TV guide
Refresh the guide (EPG) in the player's settings. If you connected with an M3U URL, add the EPG URL you received with your login details.
A channel stopped working
Temporary channel downtime or updates can happen with any IPTV service, and the channel line-up can change. Refresh the playlist, then tell us about the channel on WhatsApp.

Xtream Codes or M3U URL: which should I pick?
Try Xtream Codes first (username, password and server URL): most players then load the channels, the VOD library and the guide in one go. The M3U URL is for players that don't offer Xtream Codes; add the EPG URL to get the TV guide.
What internet speed do I need for 4K?
You need at least 16 Mbps and a stable connection. For comparison, Netflix recommends “15 Mbps or higher” for Ultra high definition (UHD) 4K. The picture comes in HD, Full HD and 4K: 4K is available on selected channels and titles when your device and connection support it.
