Mediaspelare Disclaimer

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Important information about IPTV technology, the nature of the Mediaspelare service, third-party apps and brands, your responsibility as a user, and the use of this site.

IPTV technology

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) is a technology that delivers television over the internet. It is legal in itself and used by many operators and broadcasters. Whether a given use is legal depends on the rights to the content being streamed and on the law of the country where you watch.

What the Mediaspelare service is

Mediaspelare resells access to an IPTV streaming service: we do not own, produce or broadcast the channels and content made available through it, and we publish no rights agreement with any channel, broadcaster, league, studio or other rights holder. Nothing on this site should be read as announcing such a partnership. Channel line-ups may change without notice, and picture quality depends on your device and your connection.

Important: use any IPTV service, Mediaspelare included, in line with the law that applies where you are.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for how you use the service, in line with the law of your country. It is up to you to make sure that your use respects the copyright, licensing and broadcasting rules that apply to you. That means:

  • checking local law to find out whether the use you have in mind is allowed in your country;
  • following the law that applies where you live and where you watch;
  • using the service in line with our terms of use, including use by one household only and the ban on rebroadcasting, reselling or sharing your login details.

Mediaspelare is not responsible for misuse of the service, unauthorized access or any breach of the law by a user.

Third-party apps and brands

The IPTV apps mentioned on this site (IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, XCIPTV, IBO Player, Hot Player, Flix IPTV, SET IPTV and others) are players made by third parties: they contain no channels, and Mediaspelare does not own or control them. Trademarks, logos and product names that do not belong to Mediaspelare are the property of their respective owners; they are mentioned only to indicate compatibility, with no partnership or endorsement on their part.

Copyright

We respect the rights of creators and rights holders. If you believe that content available through Mediaspelare infringes your rights, send us a notice following the procedure on our copyright and DMCA page.

No legal advice

The information on this site is provided for general information only and is not legal advice. For any question about copyright, licensing or the use of IPTV, consult a legal professional in your country.
